Why haven't I received a confirmation email yet?

If you haven't received the email, please wait a little while and try again. Or, try the following:


  • The subject of the email is "Verify your Kast account" and it's coming from no-reply@usekast.com if you want to do a search in your email account;
  • Check your spam or junk folder, and any tabs in your inbox;
  • Check the email rejection settings of your email service to see if emails from "no-reply@usekast.com" are being rejected.
